Jeff shares about his journey launching his passion project "Outdoor Sounds," a unique podcast featuring immersive nature recordings, born from his love of nature and exploring the wild paired with his other passion - audio capture. After seemingly doing everything "right" to grow his business as a founder, Jeff found himself feeling more disconnected from the part of the business that was fulfilling - the creativity!
