This episode is my checklist for starting an Audio Drama podcast in 7 steps!
1. Be open about what you're creating with others
2. Start with the idea or start with the creative collaborators
3. Develop a few characters first and the core of story.
4. Have clear bookends to your story.
5. Take a stab at writing a few episodes
6. Cast your key players as soon as you can once you know the project is happening.
7. Find yourself a team for the hard stuff.
