Her story is a journey of searching for deep truth and inner happiness that can only be found by looking within. Kara left everything she strived for in her life behind in order to embark on this search and you will be surprised by how it all unfolded. The key was finding a methodology that would awaken and enliven that search through a process of healing and what she found at the end was her true worth and so much clarity. She now helps others on their own journeys towards their natural states of being with her self-created system for living an optimal life.
